In line with the directives of the Dean’s Office of the Technical Engineering College for Oil and Energy – Al‑Muthanna to support vocational and technical training and skills development, and under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Sadiq Hassan Al‑Lawzi, the Continuing Education Unit organized a specialized training course entitled “CNC Router Machines”, targeting students and staff of the College, as well as graduates, professionals, project owners, and those interested in this specialization.
The course aimed to:
🔸 Develop practical and technical skills in the field of CNC technologies.
🔸 Introduce the fundamentals of operating CNC machines, their components, and applications.
🔸 Provide training in preparing designs using CAD software.
🔸 Familiarize participants with the programming of cutting and machining paths using CAM software.
🔸 Equip participants with skills in operation, control, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
This course is part of the College’s efforts to develop technical skills and keep pace with technological advancements, aligning with the objectives of Al‑Furat Al‑Awsat Technical University in supporting technical education, serving the community, and meeting the needs of the labor market for specialized skills and competencies.
