The Dean’s Office of the Technical Engineering College for Oil and Energy – Al‑Muthanna held an expanded meeting to discuss its final preparations for the second‑round examinations for the academic year 2025‑2026, scheduled to commence on Tuesday, 1 September 2026. The meeting was chaired by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Sadiq Hassan Al‑Lawzi, and attended by the Associate Deans for Academic and Administrative Affairs, as well as the teaching and technical staff assigned to supervision and monitoring duties in the examination halls.
At the outset of the meeting, the Dean welcomed the attendees and extended his congratulations on the occasion of the birth anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), expressing his hope that this blessed occasion would bring goodness and blessings to all.
The meeting addressed the preparations for the examinations, including follow‑up on the readiness of examination halls, the mechanism for student distribution, as well as the organization of duties for supervisors and invigilators, and the clarification of their responsibilities throughout the examination period.
The Dean emphasized the necessity of adhering to the examination instructions and regulations approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Presidency of Al‑Furat Al‑Awsat Technical University, and stressed compliance with the established schedules and timings. He underscored the importance of precision in performing duties and creating a suitable atmosphere for students to take their examinations.
He also stressed the importance of coordinating efforts among the concerned staff, monitoring the progress of examinations, and addressing any observations in accordance with approved regulations, to ensure discipline in the examination halls and the integrity of examination procedures.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Dean expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the assigned staff in preparing the necessary requirements for the success of the examinations, wishing all College students success and achievement of the desired results.
