The Council of the Technical Engineering College for Oil and Energy – Al‑Muthanna held its eleventh session for the academic year 2025‑2026, chaired by the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Sadiq Hassan Al‑Lawzi, and attended by the esteemed members of the Council.
At the outset of the session, the Dean welcomed the Council members, conveying to them the greetings of the President of Al‑Furat Al‑Awsat Technical University, Professor Dr. Hassan Latif Al‑Zubaidi, and emphasized the importance of adhering to ministerial instructions and regulations, as well as the directives of the University Presidency, to ensure the regularity and proper functioning of work.
The Council discussed, within its agenda, the preparations for the second‑round examinations, including the formation of examination committees, preparation of examination halls, scheduling of examination timetables, and the provision of all necessary requirements to ensure the orderly conduct of examinations.
The Council also discussed the preparations for the new academic year 2026‑2027, working to secure its essential requirements, alongside adherence to official working hours for all College staff to ensure the regularity of work in accordance with approved procedures.
In conclusion, the Dean expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the Associate Deans, Heads of Academic Departments, and the teaching and administrative staff, wishing them continued success and achievement in serving the educational process.
