The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the opening of the electronic application form for the Top 20% of Institute Graduates Channel for admission to colleges and departments in accordance with the corresponding specialization for the academic year 2026/2027.
The Directorate of Studies, Planning, and Follow-up clarifies that institute coordinators will undertake the entry of top students’ data through the Directorate of Studies, Planning, and Follow-up Portal until 10 September 2026. Subsequently, the application portal will be opened for students through the “Qadam” Platform Application or the Directorate of Studies, Planning, and Follow-up Portal (https://dirasat.mohesr.gov.iq) for the purpose of confirming their selections, starting from 13 September 2026 until 27 September 2026.
