The Dean’s Office of the Technical Engineering College for Oil and Energy – Al‑Muthanna announces the opening of applications for appointment as an external lecturer for both morning and evening studies for the academic year 2026–2027, in accordance with the required specializations.
Application Requirements:
🔹 The applicant must be a permanently appointed employee of one of the state departments, with the submission of an official No‑Objection Certificate approving the delivery of lectures.
🔹 The applicant must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in the required specialization.
🔹 The applicant must hold a certificate of completion of a Teaching Methods Course from one of the Iraqi governmental universities.
🔹 The applicant must have successfully passed the Teaching Eligibility Examination from one of the Iraqi governmental universities.
🔹 The applicant must possess teaching experience.
🔹 The applicant must be fully available during the assigned teaching days and committed thereto.
Required Documents:
🔸 Colored copies of the four identification documents (National ID, Unified National Card, Residency Card, or other relevant official documents).
🔸 The university issuance order for the degree certificate, along with the certificate authentication.
🔸 A copy of the Teaching Methods Course certificate.
🔸 A copy of the Teaching Eligibility Examination certificate.
🔸 The official No‑Objection Certificate from the employing department.
Submission Procedure:
Complete files are to be submitted to the Admission and Review Committee at the Scientific Affairs Division in the College.
Application Deadline:
The final date for submission is Thursday, 10 September 2026.
Interview Schedule:
The interview will be conducted immediately after the conclusion of the application period
