Within the framework of ongoing academic and research development programmes, and in furtherance of the Middle Euphrates Technical University’s commitment to advancing the scholarly standards of its teaching staff, Dr. Khalil Radi Hassan Al-Zalzali, a faculty member at the Technical Engineering College for Oil and Energy – Al-Muthanna, has successfully completed a series of electronic training and developmental courses via the Eduba platform, affiliated with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The courses encompassed the following topics:

Reasons for Article Rejection and How to Overcome Them.
Reputable Academic Journals.
How to Write a Research Paper from a Reviewer’s Perspective.
Notes on Writing and Publishing Review Articles.
The H-Index Concept and How to Increase It.
Selecting the Appropriate Journal and Verifying Its Scholarly Credibility.
This participation reflects Dr. Al-Zalzali’s dedication to enhancing his research and academic skills, in alignment with the University’s strategic directions to support scientific research and strengthen the quality of academic performance.
It is noteworthy that the Eduba platform for continuous training and development was launched by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to cultivate the scientific and research capacities of faculty members. The Ministry has mandated that all teaching staff enrol in its training programmes and complete no fewer than five accredited courses.
